Altough oDesk has some perks like the team rooms, I really think that Elance s the leading marketplace for online talent. On Elance, there are just so many incredible providers and buyers alike. On Elance, I feel as if there are safeguards intact for both providers and buyers and that is a good feeling. In addition, I think there are many more buyers and interesting projects on Elance than oDesk. The Elance payment system is great and the payment transfer policy is the bomb.
